Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused, resellable condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package back to our main distribution center in Hawaii.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
